About the product
How does
perc.pass work?
perc.pass was created to facilitate secure team collaboration.
You store data in private groups (yours only) or shared groups (you can share them with other users from your organization).
Only you know your passwords – we have no access to them. You encrypt them the moment they are saved in the perc.pass system. For this, you use the master password you create when setting up you account.
It secures your personal database, where all saved information is stored.
Once you have an account:
- You log in using autofill – quickly and conveniently.
- You generate stron and unique passwords for your accounts using the generator.
- You keep password leaks under control – perc.pass informas you when a password needs to be changed.
- You can also share saved passwords with other user in your organization.
- For this purpose, you create shared groups – according to the company structure (e.g., after integration with AD), according to membership in project teams, or any other functional logic. A group with passwords for demo accounts for presentations during.
- You can also use secure password sharing outside the organization.
If you are an administrator:
- You manage your company’s structure.
- You add users at different levels.
- You integrate the system with Active Directory,
- and later analyze the adoption level of the secure password policy.
- You know which employees do not use the password manager, who permamently uses weak passwords, whose passwords have been compromised and they still do not change them despite this knowledge.
- You can deactivate access to the system or specific groups when an employee changes their role in the company or leaves it.
- You onboard just as easily.
